The trailer, one bartender, ice in the well, cups, and a clean leave. You buy the bottles. Pick this when you already know what you want to pour.

Everything on the rail, plus mixers, fresh garnish, glassware, and a short menu. You still buy the alcohol. We write the shopping list.
